About Us

This website was originally created to help connect with the students of my middle school who could not not access their physical school library or visit their public library due to the pandemic. In addition to the regular school library website, I wanted to build a site to feature authors, resources and making activities. Featuring hands-on makerspaces grows curiosity, wonder and inventiveness. This website project was created as a labor of love to help students who are missing their reading adventures, makerspaces and the gentle business of curling up with a book during the school day in our cozy yet busy school library. I want to urge students in need of library help to contact me via  school email. I am still here to help. Please stay healthy and stay safe in all that you do until we meet again...in our school libraries.
